Legal

Terms & conditions.

The licence, download, and email list terms that apply to every free tool All Our Sound distributes.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using any software, plugin, sample, preset, or other file distributed by All Our Sound ("AOS"), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not download or use the software.

2. Licence

AOS grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to install and use AOS software on any number of machines you own or control, for both personal and commercial projects.

Music, audio, video, and other work you create using AOS software is yours. AOS claims no rights over your output and requires no royalties, credit, or reporting.

3. Restrictions

You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or bundle AOS software as a paid product. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software. You may not remove branding or claim authorship of the software.

You may share the original, unmodified installer with attribution and a link back to alloursound.org.

4. Downloads and email list

AOS software is free. In exchange for the download, we ask for a valid email address, which is added to the All Our Sound email list.

We use that address to send you download links, update and bug-fix notices, new free tool releases, and occasional news about AOS programs. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can request removal at any time by emailing alloursoundinfo@gmail.com. Unsubscribing does not affect your licence to keep using software you already downloaded.

5. Data we collect

When you download, we store the email address you enter, an optional name, which product and file you requested, the date, and your acceptance of these terms. The software itself contains no telemetry, analytics, copy protection, or account requirement.

6. No warranty

AOS software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for backing up your projects and systems before installing audio software.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Our Sound is not liable for any lost data, lost projects, lost revenue, hardware damage, or other direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use its software.

8. Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis by a small nonprofit team. Bug reports and questions can be sent to alloursoundinfo@gmail.com.

9. Changes

AOS may update these terms as tools and programs evolve. Continued use of AOS software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
